Not that it really matters. I share my unencrypted wireless love all over the place. If they start leeching too much bandwidth though then it means war. For you script kiddies out there who want to be all "haxors", you can check out the link.
"ElcomSoft turns your laptop into a one-touch WiFi cracking system"
Well, thanks...this is scary stuff - I want to sniff on my network to see what fucked up porn my housemate who locks himself in all the time goes on so I have some major ammo ya know? does ARP poisoning or something work?
ReplyDeleteYou can buy dem software
ReplyDelete>$1,199 pro software or $399 standard edition
Or you can spend a couple of hours reading tutorials (and actually learning something) on backtrack forum, download their free iso, burn it and then take action.
Either way, cracking WPA(2) is not that easy (you have to be really lucky with the dictionary attack) and it's useless against target with strong passwords (using md5 hashes as passwords is a good thing)
Heh, that's.. interesting. Thanks for the article
